Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a form of assisted stretching designed to be relaxing and pain free. The main objectives of FST are to target the muscles, fascia and joints in order to relax the nervous system and increase your range of motion. It’s kind of like someone doing yoga for you!

Anyone and everyone can benefit from FST whether you’re an elite level athlete or just work a 9-5 job!

FST Benefits
- Increase range of motion
- Improve mobility and stability
- Increase athletic performance
- Improve posture
- Improved muscle function & strength
- Increased energy
- Decrease pain
- Reduce stress
- Reduce risk of injury

It takes time to correct imbalances within the body, however even after one session of FST you will already notice some of the benefits listed above. Think of it like that feeling of coming home from work after a long day taking off your tie or kicking off those heels as you take a deep breath and go “ahhhhh so niceeeeee” as you shed that extra tension. Your body will feel the same after FST; the feeling of relaxation and relief.

NeuroKinetic Therapy is based on the premise that when an injury has occurred, certain muscles shut down or become inhibited, forcing other muscles to become overworked. This compensation pattern can create pain or tightness. By applying light pressure that the client then resists, the practitioner can evaluate the strength or weakness of each muscle, revealing the sources of injury and retraining the client’s body to remove the compensation patterns—reprogramming the body at the neural level. This easy-to-follow practitioner’s manual presents a series of muscle tests specially designed to uncover and resolve compensation patterns in the body.

The benefits of NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) include: improved mobility, increased strength and flexibility, reduced pain, and improved posture. NKT is a corrective movement system that can be used to assess and rehabilitate various injuries, including low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, and more! It's a gentle, non-invasive way to get to the source of your aches and pains quickly, efficiently and help them resolve with long-lasting results!
